OEM & Reseller Information

Thank you for your interest in FlipperCraft Pinball Hardware.

FlipperCraft Pinball Hardware is an Australian OEM manufacturer specialising in premium reproduction Bally Williams pinball cabinets and associated hardware components for the restoration and collector market.

Our cabinets are manufactured in small to medium production runs using precision CNC machining, premium-grade materials, and high-end finishing systems developed specifically for the demands of pinball restoration and long-term ownership.

We supply authorised restoration businesses, distributors, and commercial partners internationally.

We do not currently offer OEM wholesale supply to the general public.

Licensing & Reseller Approval

FlipperCraft cabinets are manufactured under license through Planetary Pinball Supply.

Any business wishing to resell FlipperCraft manufactured cabinets must first seek approval from Planetary Pinball Supply. Written confirmation of reseller approval must be provided prior to commencement of any wholesale supply arrangement.

Prospective resellers must also provide:

  • Business registration documentation

  • Resale certificate / tax exemption documentation where applicable

  • Business website or commercial trading information

Manufacturing Capabilities

Our manufacturing capabilities include:

  • Licensed Bally Williams cabinet reproductions

  • CNC-machined cabinet components

  • Precision joinery and reinforced cabinet construction

  • Cabinet artwork application and finishing

  • Automotive-grade paint and clear coating systems

  • Restoration hardware and associated timber components

All cabinet designs are developed from original Bally Williams reference parts and samples to ensure authenticity of fit, finish, and dimensions.

Production & Lead Times

Production lead times vary depending on cabinet title, artwork requirements, and order quantity.

Typical production timing:

  • MOQ* Cabinet manufacturing: approximately 4 - 6 weeks from deposit

  • Artwork and finishing: additional 2–3 weeks if more technical finishing is required.

* MOQ (Minimum order quantity) apply for OEM production runs and reseller supply.

International Freight

We regularly assist customers with international freight and consolidated export shipments, particularly into the United States market.

Sample Units

Sample cabinets may be available for qualified commercial partners. Sample pricing and freight costs apply, however sample costs may be credited toward future production orders where applicable.

Payment Terms

Wholesale production orders require:

  • 50% deposit upon order confirmation

  • Remaining balance prior to shipment
